★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for my birthday dinner. We ordered ala carte because of the big group and we wanted to try as many items on the menu as possible.
Overall good experience.
I ordered the lamb ribs. Portion was hugeee but tastewise was just ok. More on the saltier side.
Other good stuff on the menu includes the wagyu, laksa and lobster mac n cheese.
Also highly recommend their seafood chowder
Super disappointed that they ran out of tomahawk tho ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a lot of choice. Cheeses are particularly great. The dress counter is awesome too - with lots of cakes and other tidbits. I think the problem with this place is that you are spoiled for choice, to the extent that it becomes a real challenge trying to try everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christmas lunch on the 25th was splendid. Full assortment of dishes from Christmas Turkey, lamb and beef roast, lobster, oysters and tuna sashimi, all kinds of desserts, cheeses and dishes too. We were also entertained by Christmas carollers and Santa Claus himself. Definitely a good festive experience. However do take note that only coffee, tea and water is provided. All other beverages are at an extra charge. Also they took quite a while to refill their coffee station but other than that everything was decent.

Only downside is that you'll have to fork out a bit of money, but it should be expected for a restaurant this fancy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch buffet. Good food and selection. For those who are hotel regulars, this one may not be on top of your list. But it is still decent. Dessert, coffee, appetisers are great. A bit strange there are no juices at the time. Will I come again? Yes. A bit pricy. They might wanna review the price.

It's kind of disappointing for a "five star" buffet.
Serves local delights and lacks international selections. But local delights hasnt surprised us with their quality and taste.
Service and attention lack 5 stars quality/standard.

Good ambience and service! Definitely 5-star! Staffs are attentive too
Price is really reasonable given it is Four Seasons, and the portion and quality is tip top
Will definitely come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food varieties at Curate is always above the par compared to other 5 stars hotel. The selection of each categories are huge to choose from... and tasty. My friends wanted to come back here after tasted the yummy food from Four Seasons during my solemnization and they were not disappointed and very happy with Curate. Salute to the chefs
