It has surrounded by Malls and grocery stores. A safe place to be in Mount Kaira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best, if not convenient, safe, upper-middle class condominium. With amenities, restaurants and offices within 3 minutes walking distance. Friendly family community with most expats from Japan/Korea.
For i-Zen Kiara II, you even have a private entry/walkway into 1MK mall to restock your groceries or even do a little shopping!
Besides the regular security equipped by the condominium, there exist a police station by the entrance leading up to the guard house. Conveniently there is also a shaded pavement to the mall and office building.
There's a variety of restaurants nearby and if you're someone who doesn't leave the house, you'll want to lookup Grab/FoodPanda.
