โ โ โ โ โ I received a notification on the approval of credit card application when I never applied for it! I called the customer service and they mentioned that I applied at maybank branch in Mid valley. The only time I had to deal with Maybank branch in Midvalley was only for housing loan application that my property agent helped me with. Im guessing thats where your sales person got my information and signed me up for credit card WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
YOUR BRANCH UNMET KPI IS REALLY NOT MY PROBLEM!

โ โ โ โ โ This is conveniently located at lower ground (near center court) mall for the shoppers and tenants. It has self service machines including counters for FOREX and open during weekends.

โ โ โ โ โ Last Friday , I was about to enter the bank at 4.05 ,not knowing that the bank closes earlier on Fridays which is at 4pm. The guard gave me an extremely furious look as though I was some small kid.Maybank , employ a better staff. He did the same to the next person who wanted to go in too. We are more civilised people. Maybank ,you can do better than that. God bless this guy who must be an angry person from within.

โ โ โ โ โ Made mistake of not writing bank account behind cheque (first time bank in cheque), called the bank and next day called me back explaining my mistake patiently and helping me to bank in my cheque. Excellent service.

โ โ โ โ โ Confused. There 1 outside the mall and another 1 in the LG flr, only got ATM machines and Forex exchange counter. Convenient for shoppers like me to withdraw and deposit money here. Only problems here is their ATM machines always out of order and long queue if you need helps from their customer service.
Check the exchange rates around the mall before exchange because bank forex always give lower exchange rates, they mainly serve travel cheques.

โ โ โ โ โ The 4 stars are for the Branch Staff. Can see that they worked hard to attend to as many people as possible. And polite too. Not their fault had to wait coz it was crowded today.

โ โ โ โ โ Made online Ezy appointment at 1030am, and upon arrival I had to Q at Ezy lane side by side with walk-in Customers queue lane. The security allowed 2 persons in at a time. The wait was 15 minutes, priority to the Ezy Lane.
However upon entrance, I still need a Q number! I was two numbers behind but my number was SKIPPED and I had to approach the staff who was holding new batch of numbers (what???) at Counter 13 after One hour wait. He immediately attended to my case that took only 10 minutes job!
I had to go through three waiting systems that an online appointment system is dysfunctional. Online appointment should not run together with walk-in customers. Instead it should have one system only, either: walk in customers going through online booking first or the online appointment gets to be attended BASED on their APPOINTMENT TIME (no queue, no Q number but appointment number).
