★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two blocks consist of 15th storey and in between a recreation swimming pool. A gym and a guaded security 24 hrs round the clock. Looks very clean and tidy. Very convenient and easy excess to Empire Shopping, Subang Parade, and LRT. You can actually view the Federal Highway and the New Business Park from the recreation swimming pool. The rental here are very high but the best location in Subang Jaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend is staying in this place. Love the swimming pool there. The public toilet are clean provided with gymnasium room. This condo is just next to Empire Shopping Gallery which is making more convenience for us that without transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting a place here for a year already. The location is 10/10 for sure given the proximity to Empire Mall, Subang Parade, Aeon and Subang Jaya LRT/KTM. Proximity means 3-10 mins walk. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. BUT … because the place is next to KTM, LRT and Federal Highway, it is super duper noisy. Sometimes at 1 am, you can hear KTM running. Federal Highway gives you a 24 hour non stop traffic noise. If you don't know what I mean, just go to the swimming pool area and listen to the train and Federal Highway traffic; it is almost like you're standing next to a passing train and traffic. It is worse if you're on a high floor. If you're a light sleeper, this place is definitely not for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is in a busy area with lot of options around like shopping mall, shops, restos, etc. However, many of the flats in this apartment are not maintained well. Amenities are also so so..not that great except that they have a good gym and ok ok swimming pool. You can consider if you need many options around close to your apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security is very rude and no respect to visitor... Both foreigners from Nepal.. Once I drop the grab food deliver going to out, the automatic gate going to close and hitted abit my car.. The guards never never focus on thier jobs.. Once I go ask why like this, they have no humble on thier manners and talk rudely with me.. They said its not thier mistake.. Most of the place I visit during my lifetime now the gate can be hold till next car to move out.. I know it's thier careless.. It's OK I'm just a grab driver but if let say any other hip they do like this then many things can happen also... Worst and careless towards visitor properties... Very bad
