★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely love to own one unit here due to the developer having a long good track records and reputation. The layouts are perfect for my needs, low density and equipped with good fittings, and accessible to LRT walking distant I'll say will takes at least 15 to 20 mins.
Only downside to me is the location is not too great for its accessibility to major roads, and they don't have the preferable larger size that I need.
