★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to wait for 5 hours ++ just to get my passsport done (sunday) The process flow is so unsystematic, you have to take que number twice, and que for 3 counters..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penang residents recommended come to do your passport renewal here, even is smaller than penang immigrants office, but many counters r open, officer r more hardworking n friendly, n flexible operation hour, u able to pick up your new passport within an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is fine and the worker sitting the counter on 19 Dec 2020, Male age around 50 is very unfriendly and that staff is not cover his mask preperly during the covid period yet chasing customer to waiting outside with very bad tone of voice.
Eventhough we already paid the fee and waiting for the passport to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who have specific reasons could walk in without appointment but you are required to bring along the documents. I saw this from jabatan Imigresen malaysia Facebook posts. I make an appointment a day before visiting this branch just for in case. After arriving at the branch the guy told me to renew passport online. I showed him my appointment slip. He said my appointment is wrong. On my appointment slip is renew passport but he told me I’m requesting to make a passport. He showed my appointment slip to his colleagues. They refuse to help. One of them asked me want to go where, I replied aboard and how old etc. The lady at the branch said they called me an hour before appointment but I did not receive call from them. I didn’t switch off my phone and I didn’t receive sms regarding the miss call.We came all the way from other place but ended up nothing done and went back
