★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.Taking bus to alor star.3pm..then got some excident at tapah.delay for 3++ hour.. Bus already lambat due to jem.arrivg SP at 2am.then been asking to change bus.reason, they have to go back to kl..f*ckk.. U the 1 that late then we bear the concequence..seriously damn. Should have rating 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paying extra but worst experience with late departure for 40 mins, and guess what, it is free seating even i choose the seat when i buy the ticket! Dear persada management, please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To people taking the bus from Kulim, the trip is KULIM-PARIT BUNTAR-SHAH ALAM-KLANG-TBS. In other words, a waste of time. I got on the bus at 1pm, arrived at 10pm, 9 FREAKING HOURS ON THE BUS, but if you want to feel as if you're on a plane to Hong Kong (duration wise), please do take this bus :) I don't blame the bus, it sends people to places that some people go so if you're in a rush to arrive to TBS, don't take this bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delay the departure time caused the bus didn’t show up at the actual time. It should be depart on 11am but the bus was late 30min. Ok nvm, then the driver still look like no rushing at all, and he does not seem to be sorry at all. finally we depart at 12pm:) It’s about 4-5 hours from parit buntar to tbs and the they took like almost 7 hour to reach the destination???!!! Lul? Wut? (btw there isn’t any jam) Because of some stupid reason, the driver say he need to wait another bus in order to exchange the shift or what?!! Lol? and they I saw a few passengers left at R&R to change to another bus. And the rest of us need to wait? Emm? And final the driver call us to move to another bus cause he is going to Klang but not TBS. As I know, the ticket that I had bought is directly from Perak Parit Buntar to KL TBS, no other destination or stop. This is my first time experience this kind of thing?. hahahaha well played ya. ? no next time PERSADA TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible and annoying . Supposed to be depart at 11.00 am but then , the bus depart at 11.20am . Very not punctual . My route from parit buntar to tbs supposed to be take like 5 hours and i will arrived at 4pm . But then , the bus stop at shah alam , then go to klang , then tbs . Then my journey will be like 7 hours ! At shah alam , the bus driver already ask for us that want to go to tbs to exchange to the other bus bcs he want to go to klang . And one more thing , the bus already wet when raining , and my bag wet bcs of that . How can the water flow into the bus. ???♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever bus experience I ever had!!! In the online ticket, they promised the bus should depart at 11.59pm but the bus only arrived at 12.15am. However not the Persada bus only Bas Persiaran. The journey started at 12.35am. The bus driver drove the bus too slow just to make sure that he can manage and adjust with other bus in order to sub their passenger to other route. As for now, we were waiting at Petron petrol pump Butterworth for nothing for more than 20minutes just to wait for the other bus to sub the passenger to Alor Star. The bus driver was trying to avoid to asnwer my questions by saying aha..ye ye..Bila org tanya2 marah2 pulak ( other passenger kena). Shame on you! Since no other bus has the route from Shah Alam to Sungai Petani at middle of night you take your passenger lightly and even ambil kesempatan towards us. Until now I'm writing at 6.40am still not arriving at Sungai Petani.. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus trip ever! When buying i ask them it will depart at 1.25pm sharp or what they said yes at the end it departs 1.53pm plus the ticket way expensive than a plusliner bus!!!! RM34 for the worst experience not to mention the seating no even worth the money u pay!. I can't even feel the air conditioning it feels like blowing air more than cold air. This will be my first and last journey with this bus
