Slightly well-maintained
Easy to find a parking spot
Government agencies such as JPJ, Imigresen and SADA are housed in here.
The Bads:
AC in the bus waiting area is not working
People simply smoke, even indoor
Too many “ulat” (ticketing agents) coming your way when you are about to purchase bus ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient one stop Hub for all the government services. It even includes a well furnished nursing room & a bus terminal at the ground level. Service is fast and the offices are well equipped. Kudos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government agency one stop office and intercity bus express station. Customer service counter provide wheelchair for handicapped (OKU). Located beside Sungai Petani Wet Market. 240 meter away KTM railway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop of government centers it have JPN, immigration, clinic , JPJ,PAK. eTiQa Takaful also available at here.
Inside UTC have food court and Photostat shop.
Beside the UTC have local wet market, Bus station counter and nearby also have KTM center.
The disadvantage for this location is limited carpark although it have lot facilities. The packing fee is expensive recommend park outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring my child to apply IC at JPN today...met a very helpful, caring person in charged. He guide the applicants with the informative suggestions to make the process fast. And he also give the full SOP to all the applicants and visitors efficiently. Very lucky to meet such a efficient person in charge. Wish all well to him. Keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Place is horrible, it says open until 5pm and I came on 4:20pm, and the JPJ staff says they are closed. How can they simply closed before 5 it still have 40min.And it requires to wear long pants and sport shoe, new government policy?

Office available here such as JPJ, JPN, JIM, gov clinic, bus station.
Pay parking ready but not much parking lot available if huge crowd.
Operation until weekend except public holidays.
Strict since C19.
