Usually after 11am u reach, will ask you to come back at 2pm
Air con very cold. Be prepared with sweater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good option for those who want to avoid long ques and crowded customers. It took only less than an hour to complete my dear brother's death registration and get his death certificate. Nice and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait for renewing my IC is super long as expected, but the relas there were extremely helpful. I would recommend getting your number, then go for breakfast while waiting, you'll have more than enough time. The hotline is horrible, can't even reach their operators even if there's an hour left before lunch time. Even the official call center for government departments couldn't reach them when they were trying to forward the call for me. Definitely need a lot of improvement on the hotline sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The government personnel provide superb, friendly customer services most of the time. The space of affairs are well-ventilated and well-lit. Most of the interior are old though maintained, due to the heavily used by the customers.
Some suggestion would be;
i. better placement for the queue display screen for wider range of sight for customers
ii. upgraded exterior designs and banners to modern/digital design both for aesthetic & ads purposes
iii. upgraded sitting area for interior space and along the exterior corridors

Opens sharp at 8AM. Arrived at 8.10AM and there is queue already, however, the process was fast and smooth. Finished my business in 15minutes.
Located in LEVEL 3 - Hentian Kajang.
Take number, go to counter and give your current IC.
Staff will provide temporary IC and receipt. PAYMENT RM10 CASH ONLY.
IC will be ready for collection in 2 WEEKS.
Touch n Go matters such as refund, please ask the staff for contact information.
PLEASE WEAR PROPER ATTIRE AS YOU WILL TAKE NEW PICTURE FOR THE NEW IC.
Overall, friendly and polite staff, very efficient and good service in the morning. Environment is clean and comfortable.
