And makesure you print out your supporting documents (as in picture) for any request to change address.

Very informative, polite, telling the available options to collect the ic, etc..i am very impressed! Fyi, i did "update address" ic renewal

The 2 guards doubled up as internal staff and offered to make sure we had the necessary documents and attended to promptly. On leaving they even checked to make sure we had achieved our purpose there. The only negative is that we had to collect the new IC from another branch presumably because it did not have its own machine to prepare it. Finally we did collect the new iC from the other branch in Keramat which also was extremely efficient. All in all a very pleasant experience from a govemnment agency.
