Beautiful place & building, but because of 2 years pandemic, seems like 50% shop/section/activity already closed. Luckily shuttle Bus going to other places such as japanese village & rabbit farm still operating. Food for breakfast just the basics one... But still okey for me.. I forgot to take pictures ?β˜•

Kind of disappointed on this hotel, the room is spacious but is kind of old and dirty. Totally not recommended to overnight in this resort (day trip is good enough) unless you really want to enjoy the fresh air and cozy weather. - Dirty room especially the toilet and kitchen - Terrible Wifi or even for mobile data coverage too - Very bad SOP in the restaurant and unable to handle the crowd during the holiday (ended up we skip the breakfast in the restaurant and check out early to get the breakfast at Kampung Bukit Tinggi) - Very limited dining places, basically just 2 restaurants to serve lunch and dinner - Bad housekeeping, towers only available after 6pm (we have to take the shower after 6pm) and no replenish for the next day.

Booked a night's stay at a discounted price. The staff at reception are nice and friendly. However hotel facilities are in need of repairs and maintenance. What I find most off-putting is the elevators and hotel restaurant smells like cockroaches and rats. Food wise, it's better to settle for snacks from 7eleven rather than spend in any restaurant there.

Loved the environment. We had a comfortable stay in the single bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. Not crowded during our visit. Enjoyed walking on the street and went up the tower to take an overview of the buildings and surrounding.

Room: 4/5 Beautiful design, reasonable price, bed is clean and tidy, but toilet has yellow stain and the drainage holes are partially blocked. Environment: 5/5 Fresh and cool air, beautiful buildings and scenery. Area is small though. Service: Staffs are well trained. All of them are polite and friendly. Others: 1. Prepare mosquito repellent if you want to visit Japanese garden. 2. Rabbit farm has only few rabbits for you to pet. 3. There are extremely less tourists now, you can take your time to take photos everywhere.

The place was beautiful and peaceful for the one who wanted a good photo. However the hotel service was quite disappointing which there was no indicator pointing in the lift for receptionist counter. The maintenance of the hotel also not that good. Price wise is affordable for everything however, the foods, quite disappointing due to less variety and less flavorful. Overall, for sightseeing activities is recommended but for leisure escape unfortunately not much can be done here.

I actually enjoyed the stay very much, there was nothing special about the food though and most of the shops, children would be more likely to enjoy. There was a talented photographer at the photo booth who took awesome photos. They cancelled some food items in our order without making sure we know and because we arrived late, my husband had to share my dinner. But the room was clean and large, we faced the jungle which was soothing and calming. At night the place was surreal, beautiful surroundings, very romantic. Wish the shops especially the restaurants opened later. Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the gardens, etc. And the hotel staff were friendly enough.

We brought the kids for a short vacation. Loved the environment. We had a comfortable stay in the single bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. The staff at reception really nice and friendly. But, the hotel is getting run down. Might be due to MCO. The surrounding not well maintained. No longer beautiful as it used to be. No more stage shows, no more swans, no more beautiful gardens, Lift was out of service..
