โ โ โ โ โ A full day's worth of activities with friends. Make sure to rent a bike and go through the fringe of the north forest to the prewar prisons. Spooky.

โ โ โ โ โ A buggy awaits you upon your arival at the jetty. The room is spacious. Have tv but no astro or any other channel. Luckily wifi quite strong so ok la. At night, the island is light up beautifully. Good if you like to take photos or selfies. And they even have a fire show. Didn't try any food on the island so cannot comment.

โ โ โ โ โ Not worth for stay,there are literally nothing to do accept the light at night. the pool up at my villa also no water, the food dun even start , breakfast? I can cook much better, price rm20 for 1 plate of char kway tiao(discount rm15) 2 coconut drink for rm20, tv channel haha only get tv1 .i regret the stay.sugest ppl just take a boat and return the same day.

โ โ โ โ โ I was happy with overall experience here. They tried to take care and provide better customer services, but you can expect delay in services, totally missing out your instructions and so on.
The quality of food in buffet wasn't up to the par. I had to request custom order which as well was not much different. I mostly tried to live on sandwiches during my stay.
Rooms were clean (although upon my request)
Dinner etc is served only in dining area and not in room which is good in a way; lthough it's very noisy. Swimming pool was under maintenance and I could see reptiles residing in it. Since it's a laid back island, mostly people don't know about the place and I had trouble reaching it.

โ โ โ โ โ If you want to experience a very bad weekend, stranded and scared, this is the best place for you. They sure have lot's of surprising elements waiting for you here. Basically when we got here, we had that feeling that it's gonna be bad, by just looking at the swimming pool. One swimming pool is enough to tell you what this place is like.
Next day during breakfast, i thought it's going to be better, but i was totally wrong. They served pink sausages. Never have i ever seen anything like that in my whole life. Seriously people, You need to get your sausages tanner!
Thank goodness by dad brought his fishing equipment, so i guess that was the only activity we can do. But he been catching one species of fish only. Gosh, i am never grateful aren't I?

โ โ โ โ โ It was a team building event from our company and as such was filled with fun activities. It is a quiet place, so do not compare it with other tourist places where you see lot of people, hustle and bustle.
The fun factor starts as you line up to take a ferry to reach the island. The resort has lodging facility with nice and clean rooms. The food is ok and the staff is friendly and ready to help you in case you need any help. There is an open to sky swimming pool.
If you want to enjoy the island and are ready to tailor your fun activities then the whole island is there for you to explore. This is a place where couples can retreat and enjoy the quietness and serenity of the island. Bicycles would be a great way to explore the island. It is up to you how you make the best of the place. Do not expect ready made activities. Hiking lovers, cycle lovers and brisk walkers would enjoy this place. If you are fond of reading then definitely this is a wonderful place for you to start engaging with your new book. And, of course, one could make a simple get together with loved ones and enjoy some delicious food, drinks and self tailored fun activities. After you spend the day on the island, enjoy the beautiful and colorful illuminations at the evening while you leave the island. There is still some more fun on your way when you take the ferry back to the Penang Island. From the ferry you can enjoy the beautiful evening lights of the surroundings including the Penang Bridges.
I hope this review will help you to prepare yourself to make your visit to this island a memorable one. If anything is missed out or happen to be against your expectations my sincere apologies to you in advance.
