โ โ โ โ โ First time call for appointment, a female receptionist answered rudely. Asked whether the clinic is open and she answered, if no, I won't be answering calls! How should I know, maybe its open for half day only? And ask rudely for my name and contact number. The way she ask is also very impatient and rude. This is not a proper way to treat customer! Will never ever go to this clinic, thanks to the receptionist!
