★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for a long time and when it was my turn, I was directed to another queu on the inside. Even though other counter has cleared, they only accept people from where I initially queued at before I was directed to another. Many people who was behind me had already finished and left and it still wasn’t my turn. The guy saw that I’ve been waiting for a long time and he still chose to take people from the other queu. When the person at my other queu left, the guy at the counter went to grab coffee/tea. Leaving me there again. They will have better rate than bank but very bad service. Will not visit or recommend it during again. Suggest not to go during peak hours. Going to leisure mall money exchange. They have better rates than here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had the best rates for THB compared to the other money changers so that's a plus. Having read the other reviews, this place seems to be a hit and miss when it comes to service yet for us we had little complain about as the transaction was straightforward. Might look up their rates again when we travel again. By then, we might be able to make a better judgment of this money changer's rates and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I changed USD, you rejected a few notes due to some stains/marks which I was able to understand but these torn RMB notes were hidden inside my stash and given to me even after I have requested clean notes as I had had a hard time in China trying to get rid of torn notes during last trips. Next time if you ONLY accept clean notes, please do ONLY provide clean notes to customers.

But they might not follow the board rate, and quote all kind of reasons.
There was no receipt given for transaction as he said only he had to man 2 counters at the same time.

this is one of the best rate for Turkish Lira, the other is My Money Master(just beside). the difference is so so so small. You can try to compare. I chose this one because it is cheaper by 0.003 cents. not much difference, but if you change in a big amount, it is still best bang for your bucks.
