★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a hard time claiming my points as my rights with a service young man there since Im not native english speaker. he was not helpful until the senior lady came up to help. very terrible and arrogant young man. the company should educate him to help, not giving customers a hard time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good alternative for pharmacy related stuff, its price is at least 10% cheaper than Guardian (in fact it's the cheapest in Mid Valley Megamall). Given the smaller shop layout, the variety may be limited. The organization of things may be a bit confusing and take longer time to locate. Overall, it's a better shopping experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small pharmacy located in LG of Mid Valley shopping mall (next to Go noddle restaurant), next to the escalator. Selection of products are good and the products are well arranged. However the shop is a little small so felt a little crowded inside. Staffs were kind and friendly. Price are reasonable and some items are even cheaper comparing to other pharmacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The card machine signal is unstable they swipe my card 2x and both transactions hang until it reaches the timeout. And I ask the cashier if i will not be deducted to my account and she said no will not be deducted. So after 2x of failed card transactions i decided to pay by cash and go back with my item. To my surprise when i checked my account the card transactions was deducted so I overpaid for 1 bottle of vitamin. Please give me a refund. Please contact me at +60176756851
