★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here couple of times for foreign currencies, thus far the service is OK. The rate offered here is one of the best, this explains why it is forever long queue. The rate they offers is always the same with its closest competitor, MV Forex (the other money changer that is next to the escalator and always has a long queue). But my experience is the latter usually has smaller change of the foreign currency you needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes they provide one of the best exchange prices in KL but will you spend 20-40 minutes waiting in line for that? Unless you're exchanging big amount of money it really isn't worth waiting too long when you can exchange at Maybank or the nearby exchange stores nearby. Time is not money. Time is more valuable than money. Don't spend it in queue for couple bucks more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a staff there claim he owe this shop and stand behind me less than 10cm during this CMCO period, say sorry ask him to understand social distance, he claim that he is boss here, mean he can do whatever things he like. Oh yes. No manner is the worst. First time and last time attend to your money changer. The person who assist us exchange money is kind and polite. Other than that. Your money changer only need a Sxxpid boss to ruin the whole thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called around 10.20AM on 2 July 2019 to ask what is their buying rate for USD and was informed RM4.123. So I decided to go to your outlet to change USD200 and your staff gave me the rate at RM4.12 instead! I asked why the difference when I just called half-hour earlier and she replied that the rate changed. If you had an online booking service I could have booked that rate to lock it in. I use CurrenSeek app to find licensed money changers and many of the licensed money changers have online booking and electronic payment service on their website. I thought I'd try your outlet to see if you'd keep your word on the rate but unfortunately not. I do hope that you'd consider upgrading your service and consider online booking and electronic payment - it's safe, convenient plus cut-down long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called before i go to the shop and the rate they gave through the phone was good. Surprisingly higher than normal rate. About rm100 different for my total exchange. Get in line to que for more than half hour only to be told OTHER RATES at the counter. So much difference from the rate provided earlier through the phone. The difference is only rm12 which doesn't make the effort worth it. Quickly pointed out and was treated badly like it was my fault. Ended up converting here with the lower rates because of all the effort made. Not recommended at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best rates you will get anywhere. However, there are usually long queues - around 20-40 mins - on weekends. Recommend to go weekdays where the wait should be less than 10 mins. Service is pretty bad, sometimes mishear what you want. As with most places, can only change foreign currency to RM before change to another foreign currency.
