โ โ โ โ โ The staff were polite and so was the doctor, however, their ridiculously high price tags should make you think twice before sending there. The medical treatment didn't fit the price tag. I stopped coming after my second visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Not professional at all. Been waiting for more than 30min then just inform us that doctor not around and have to wait another 30min. FYI, I've been there 3 time just to do an ultrasound for my furkid with answer that doctor not around on all 3 occasions. Could've just let us know if you're unable to do an ultrasound and we would have go to other vet instead of going to your clinic multiple time with disappointing treatment by your staff. Really bad experience and definitely won't go there anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Took my dog there for her yearly vaccination .Brought her medical card along which showed that she has been neutered.
For her renewal of license purpose I needed a letter from the vet to say that she is neutered but the vet refused and I was told only the clinic that neutered her can issue the letter
So what is the point of her medical card reflecting the fact that she is neutered for then?
If she was neutered in Penang and we are living in KL now...it DOESN'T MEAN we have to go back to the clinic she was neutered at.THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HER MEDICAL RECORD!
On top of that ...one of the male staff there with long curly hair staff gave me attitude when I question the ridiculous refusal to acknowledge the fact that my dog has been neutered based on my dog medical record that I brought along.
Very BAD SERVICE by the female Indian vet and the curly haired male staff!?????
