โ โ โ โ โ Brought my kitten Ali for x-ray and checkup. He had trouble breathing. Suspected FIP. His lung was filled with water. The dr already sucked up the water. Currently ali is a bit slow in doing things. Always sleeps around. But he is still alive. The dr was so nice and friendly. Everyone there was very helpful. They have waiting area for customer with cat and customer for dogs which is totally great. Since most clinic don't have that. Tips: you should need to put your pet in a carrier. I heard they wont take pet with out one. The price wasn't as expensive as I thought.

The old lady at payment counter very rude..she don't know how to respect . She treat the costly dogs well but she doesn't treat the same way to my ( roadside) dog ,her behavior ruined my day .i tear the appointment card and throw it front of her..???????..,.I love my dog.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm going there sinces 8 years Customer service bad. The doctor's service is a bit okay, but at the payment counter the old lady don't know how to respect customer and very rude have to wait a long time. Dr Ee is very experienced doctor

โ โ โ โ โ I have been patronizing Dr Ee Clinic for years for all my pets treatment and I have noticed one thing that never changed. Discourteous and ungracious receptionist, well if one reads the review here you can find similar encounters. There are three receptionist works in the clinic, only the elderly one seems to have lack of politeness. Her tone is crude and sometimes rude, she need to tone down and talk to customer civilly. Hope Dr Ee and Dr Bryan will do the needful since there is no change till now. Your front house person is ruining the Image.

First and last, I bring my dying cat here for drip treatment and she said why come here?, continue ur cat treatment dekat klinik semalam la, dont come here in very rude way, I just want to slap her face.

โ โ โ โ โ the vets here do their best for the animals we bring in when my family does rescue work. the wait times are long sometimes as it's not appointment based, but it is worth it because the vets here are very experienced and have helped us make the best decisions for our pets to keep them healthy.

โ โ โ โ โ Whether the doctor is good, experience, caring etc, I don't know. I'm not given the chance to get to discover that as their receptionist is so polite that telling you they are too busy to entertain you and asking you to go other clinic because their business is too good and thus they're too busy.
She even claim that if you don't believe their business is so good, go and ask around the neighbourhood.
What comes the worst is this, your pet will be your bet, sending them over if there's anything happening.
Why? Dying injured dog of mine, bleeding excessively, and their answer is, WAIT.
Yes, indeed, waited and my dog's gone.
Sympathy is no where to be found here except money making business.
