★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is the worst. Previous doctors in 2018 was the best, but then after change to Dr.Maizatul n Dr.Harsha things started to change from good to really bad. All 13 of my cats got flu one time and each had to go through more than 5 times of nebulizing n repititive same medicines for more than 3 times. No changes. Charged amount was very expensive. Everytime go there all same medicines were prescribed and I think my cats condition worsen.
Plus if we go to there, waiting time is more than 40mins to consult with doc or 1 hour plus. Consultation time are short. Waiting time for medicine preparation is longer, staffs were very inefficient. Once was waiting for anyone to attend at front desk, went behind and ask for assistance, the staff slammed the door at my face. Much worse the staffs are also clueless about the medications and consultations.
Recently, one of my cat died due to failure of diagnosis of lack of oxygen reaching to the brain and paralysed of both legs. Plus doctor failed to diagnose FATE disease, meningitis, and blood infection. Doctor even said that she thinks my cats rear leg is merely swollen from the inside, she suggested to monitor for two weeks, not even reaching two weeks my cat died 6 days after going to IVET. This doctor falsely diagnosed my cat by saying he had minor injury by spraining his right rear leg and even prescribed wrong medication that did no such wonders in curing it. I even paid Rm200+ for a stupid scan that the doctor reviewed saying nothing is to be worried of.
Another incident is that my cat got ringworms on her ears and Dr. Maizatul asked me to apply the oil from frying fish on her ears. I had to suggest to her if using wound cleaning solution and iodine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Doctor gave a lot of advice and diagnosis but didn't help pet owner with methods to take care of sick/injured cats or best way to administer the medication. The capsules and tablets medication provided is rather difficult to feed the cat. Seems like only treat cats. Price is slightly on the high side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vets and vet techs here are very caring towards the animals.The place is clean and no smell of animals. The charges are reasonable too However, be prepared for a long wait on busy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked kittens temperature, teeth, ears. Gave vaccination and deworming tablet to each of them, plus flea/mites deterrent. Glad to say kittens seemed comfortable, which will make it easy for next visit. Polite and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cats diagnosed parvo virus and advised to bring to clinic for 3 days consectively for SQ Fluid shots, one of my cat is better now but other one still fighting with virus,he is not eating and have diarhea..so we brought again our cats to clinic for check up and this time we have been asked to come another 5 days daily for fluid shots and anti biotics... Today is our 3rd and total 6th visit including 3 visits in last week ...my cat is not eating at all even after taking 6 SQ fluid shots and antibiotics, he is been forced feed at clinic by vet... quite worried about his health....so far staff is cooperative and they listen to us properly but cannot say anything about the effectiveness of medications and treatment we are receiving...
Lets hope my baby get well soon after completing these 5 days treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet made it a point to make follow up call to check on my cat that was admitted two weeks ago over some health issue. I think it shows that they care about their patients. The care and consultation given very much appreciated. They are also very helpful. You get what you pay. My concern always about my pet and the best solution and treatment for him and he got that at ivet. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is nice. Place is very comfy. However, do take note that their waiting hour is a bit longer. i have wait for 1hour plus when I'm the no 3 on the waiting sequence. And almost 1hour when I'm supposed to send my cat for IV drip due to fever (Not including the time for the iv treatment)
But definitely my place to go for Vet in BK and family friendly place. Just not recommended for those who are always rushing
