★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite government clinic to go to. Other than KK Presint 18.
1) The clinic's systematic registration and flow. Sangat memudahkan orang yang datang dan proses pendaftaran to triage is less than 10 minit, if you come early morning or early evening (after lunch hour break). Much faster if you come after working hours since they opened until 9.00 pm
2) Today (13/11/2020), went for an appointment made online through QMed. Was assigned to the doctor at Room 8, Zon A. DR NUR AQILAH BINTI SHABLI. Kudos to the doctor because her service was top notch. Accommodating and gave an explanation from A to Z. She then proceed to give me a referral letter to go to HPj. Would prefer to see her for whatever visit next to KK P9.
3) The only problem with the clinic is the parking area. Limited and constantly took up.
Overall, thank you to all KKP9 staff. We appreciated your service and contribution especially throughout this CoVid-19 pandemic era.

Except the timing :(
We have been waiting since 4:20pm
The notice states 430pm they open the registration counter ??
But the nurse says the they will reopen by 5pm
Glad if you solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ try walk in last week, but request make appt today 2.45pm, but when 15min early still need wait for 1 and half hour. dont have proper system for walk in and appointment. Doctor good, some staff is helpful, some not
