Staff is very rude... Doing job only for money... Dont want to work, go back n sleep la...
Same goes to the doctor...u should ask ur patient if there is anybody want to see u before u go n simply back from back door...the doctor is the same... Better close ur clinic laa!!!!!!!!

It doesnt help waiting here for hours as a patient. It will only worsen the illness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdly slow. 1 patience takes about 1 hour. What kind of doctor? I was 3rd patience arrived at 9:15am. Waited till 10:45pm but choose to abandon it and went to other clinic. And settled within 15mins. What is this??

The doctor's work isn't satisfactory
I understand that everyone's worried of the Covid
But the doctor seems to be overly cautious he can't do his job well
He gave short question and a glare.
They didn't even check my temperature properly
Total a noob in the industry
Fudge them , I want back my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to fly out on a Saturday early morning which I informed them before so I transferred 250 MYR to do a PCR test. So I wanted to perform the PCR test on Wednesday. After payment they informed me that there is a holiday on Thursday and they are closed. But they didn't give me a guarantee for deliver the result within 24 hours, just said they would help me. Thats not enough when I have a vaccination appointment in Dubai and bookings arranged. So I requested the refund. They refuse. Don't attend this Klinik they are like to do unjustified enrichment. I will open a criminal complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 2 hours. The doctor is friendly, but she takes her sweet time. And this happens every single time i come here. Everybody has the same opinion. It's not like the clinic is overwhelmed with patients or anything. They are just so freaking sloooow. Lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super slow. buat blood test kata boleh dapat result dalam 1 hari. seminggu lebih dah still x dapat n x call. whatsapp reply bila tanya result pastu senyap. service super bad . never come back to this clinic. charge RM75 for blood test for this kind of service. too bad. not even deserve 1 star. staff pun x friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVICE EXTREMELY SLOW!! WAITED FOR ONE HOUR ONLY GET TO SEE THE DR! Where I’m the third patient queuing for my turn. This Dr Kamaliah are the one on duty during my visit today. It’s NOT even full of patients, its NOT even a hospital. The flow management shouldn’t be this long for a clinic.
I’ve been to this clinic before & got treated by male Doctor which I didn’t manage to catch the name but on my previous visit it wasn’t this slow!!
Based on previous reviews there’s one complaint about this Dr as well. Slow, taking sweet time yet very friendly.
Please take my 2 cent, during Covid season you shouldn’t let your patients waited here for too long. They could be positive or could be not. Please consider other patients that waited for too long in the waiting area exposing themselves to the others.
