β β β β β I've booked a week earlier for the appointment.. but on the day I arrived, I still have to wait for my turn for almost an hour..
Then without much explanations, I was charged 150 RM for just a quick 3 minutes 2D scan.. Weight wasn't measured, no urine get tested, no BP checked.. The worst thing is, the clinic provided NO OFFICIAL RECEIPT..
I went to specialist in Sabah twice before.. And for 2D scan, they charged 50 - 60 RM.. Which was explained throughly and the consultations lasted for 10-15 minutes.. They even measured my weight and tested my urine, checked my BP.. Overall, I was charged 90 - 100 RM only.. All with receipt and price listing..

β β β β β The clinic is using a booking app. This is really efficient as patient can be there at the intended time. Less waiting and saves time!
Doctor Liu is very professional and able to explain your medical condition in detail. His approach is also very practical, patient and attentive enough to listen and answer your doubts. He doesn't make patient feel stress or ignored.

β β β β β A very good, friendly and professional explanation by Dr Liu throughout my pregnancy. The equipments use is up to date. SOP guideline is well practice. Husband unable to accompany throughout this journey due to covid (understandable).

β β β β β What is the purpose of a husband aftr bring his wife to this clinic? Why me must wait at outside without knowing what doctor tell to my wife?
As a husband I MUST know what her (Wife) condition is going through and what we must do to overcome this problem.... Doctor simply said no egg release and and no fertilization. So, I don't know what we should and shouldn't do... Really fed up.

β β β β β I didn't feel I was given sufficient explanation for the options laid out to me. No pre warning of side effects of prescribed drugs nor in depth investigation on my medical history although I had the info for the dr. I found out the opposite to be true after taking medication. I wont be going back.

β β β β β Been to this clinic for my first child and now my second. It has been a wonderful experience. Dr liu and Dr Vincent both were very experienced and friendly. Dr Liu particularly always does very thorough scan and gave me clear information during the scans which makes me feel secure and comfortable to know that my baby is alright and growing well. Nurses are friendly too. Waiting time is ok, faster than waiting in the hospital I would say. Would highly recommend this clinic to all women seeking for O&G.
