★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady dentist extracted my tooth without giving explanation and telling my tooth haven't 'mature' 2 years back when i was 15. Do not recommend dentists here. They want easy way out and prefer private clinic. The price is of course far more cheaper than private but not worth the risk

From the start to the finalised service, every staff was very helpful. Kudos keep up the good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always avoid to go government clinic because i have many bad experience with them before. But this one in Kelana Jaya definitely a FAVOURITE. Doc is attentive and informative. Nurses are helpful esp Sr Hawa ? Even got free toothpaste. Only 1 downside is the cleanliness of toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience in removing my wisdom tooth (without surgery). Dentist is attentive, nice and patient. RM1 for registration, RM1 for extraction. Staffs are helpful. Make sure that you arrive early to queue for your number or else be prepared to be turned down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go early. Better before 8am. Typically, waiting time around 2 hours++. At the moment, they only accept emergency dental cases. Need to fix appointment online. All nurses and staffs were courteous. Appointments stretches 2 months ahead now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously went to private, this is my first experience with gov for dental care. You can either book appointment online or walk in also available.
(MY EXPERIENCE)
I arrived early about 7:50am on a Monday, waited for my turn to give name at sitting area outside, went in around 10am, since it was my first, went to counter and registered for RM1, sat back and waited till around 12pm for my turn to see doctor, I did a tooth extraction so the entire process for that took about 15-20mins for me, doctor was fast and attentive and made quick explanations on my case and gave options and advice, after completion, went to counter and paid off another RM1 for the treatment and went back home. received a small gauze pack & 2 tablets of pain meds. (I advice to buy more at pharmacy incase you might have more pain during recovery from tooth extraction)
(WAITING TIME)
I will say the waiting time really depends on what time you get there because I fell short and arrived slightly later then 7:30am which resulted in almost 10 people ahead of me so It took almost 5hrs of my day. Best to arrive earlier say about 7:15am, the klinik gates open at 6:45am. Best to book appointment ahead of time if you can and come, this way you will be priority.
(NAVIGATING THE PLACE)
Also navigation through the place was abit confusing, would advice a few signs to elaborate abit outside of each part of the process and a little direction from the staff, so people know where to head to next and what to do.
(FINAL VERDICT)
Overall I would say somewhat smooth and good experience, knowing how expensive it would be if it was private, can't really argue with RM2 price. The waiting time can't really do much, have to tackle that on your own like i mentioned ways above, though gov could add more facilities and doctors for these kliniks to balance out with the masses cuz alot of people come here since it is dirt cheap. Lastly, staff were good, polite, attentive and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived a little earlier than 8am, registration was easy, there weren’t many people waiting. I was pre warned that the doctors only treated emergency cases and other cases like filing, scaling would need another appointment (the earliest date as of today is in September).
Doctors and officers were friendly and I was in and out in an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to come for a gov dental clinic instead of a private one ‘cause I don’t wanna burn my angpaw so early.
Clinic opens at 8AM, came at 730 without an appointment and was the first to arrive, and the dentist saw me at 805.
Mindblown at their efficiency as a gov dental clinic. ?
The dentist, Dr Alyssa along with the nurses and staffs were super friendly.
Guess I’ll be a regular here now. #10outta10
