★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to book a flight via klm app and website. Show me the flight and amount but cannot continued. I call their call center number and nobody answered it despite calling for 2 days. WhatsApp no real reply.Call the KL office number and apparently disconnected or nobody pick the call,
Maybe KLM has closed down and not updated their website and corporate information. Poor poor all the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best deal for my trip from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta, amazing 2hrs journey with KLM. This transit flight from Amsterdam offer unique experience. Bigger plane compared to other airlines. Well done, good hospitality service ???.
To me the schedule just nice, reached Jakarta at 8pm. Traffic to hotel are okay, managed to avoid bad jam.
Return flight, i managed to upgrade to business class. Ha.. ha.. i got additional luggage ??? instead of paying more for luggage, i decided to upgrade my seat.... Of course we cannot compare. Just try, you will enjoy great experience, food was fantastic.. don’t forget to ask your goodies ya...
