★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad appointment management, faulty machine and rude staff (at one of the specialist clinic). Had to wait for 1.5 hour despite making appointment. Waited another 1 hour due to faulty MRI machine. Staff at the specialist clinic is a little rude (many others are actually quite okay and friendly). Hope the service can be improved.
