★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 2 family members resides here both in Block B. Situated a bit at the edge of Puchong, this serviced apartment is adequately secure with its 24hrs guard services. It also provides swimming pools both for adult and kids, convenience store, and parking for visitor. There are 2 hotels nearby, and 3 traffic light away from the nearest LRT station and 10 minutes drive from IOI Mall Puchong. The surrounding of the area also has McD, Starbucks, Shell & Petronas Petrol Station, and last but not least, Columbia Private Hospital. Last time you'll need to hand over your driving licence to the guard to enter but now with the system upgrade, all of it is just scanned. Nevertheless its a good place to stay, but its a bit hassle for the visitor. Overall nice place to unwind from village air

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems quite old but facilities seems complete. With swimming pool and gym and children playground. Quite satisfy with the swimming pool, quite big with children slides. Plus a restaurant inside the condominium. Overall is clean but just the appearance is quite old and needs some maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here so yeah. It's a decent condo. Some of the units do have certain issues like leaks, and wall cracks, but otherwise it's ok.
Management does it's best but there is still a lot to be desired. The gym is pretty legit so at least there's that ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was well mantained with friendly staffs and keep the security level maintained and the beautiful thing was their swiming pool and parking system was great.see you again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse place ever to live. Poor hygiene, poor maintenance and less parking available. Inconvenient going for workplace. Most importantly quite noisy unfriendly environment to stay.
