★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mgt team of Wisma Maria, pls see back your courtesy level rendered by the Indian lady in charge at the entrance. Pls send her to "attitude class". Versus a malay lady earlier, so much different. Cannot allow to accompany old parents for check up upstairs. Is she a doctor or trying to show who is she? :#&÷%×;,@&÷^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse hamidah shout at another nurse who willing to help my mom when my mom need help. Tat hamidah shouted at the nurse said tat my mom who just done operation, can walk ready and no need to help her. Nurses job are helping patients, if she can't help better resign than shouting like tat at other kind nurse. Pls tat action on hamidah to make sure others patients didn't go through the same situation ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love how efficient n professional of my orthopaedic, Dr Teo works. He always take a good care of my condition and did a good methods to cure me. Also the medical officer Dr Lim, always make sure everything i needed is provided, his service is so good ??
Also all the nurses here are friendly and very good in their work. Xoxo!

the doctors and nurses are so proactive to make sure everything went smoothly
in and out settle within 30 minutes
thank you for being a vaccination centre
i felt the care from them, and the willingness to serve the community without receiving any cents
this is the kind of hospital that the community need

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum was warded not long ago, whenever she tries to ask the nurse something, she will be shooed away and asked to wait. Never once did she get a proper reply/explanation with politeness to her questions. I would understand if thr nurses were busy but they just chatting away sitting down. This will be the first and last time i will bring my mum there, definetely will not recommend friends and family. The whole process for my mum's recovery was also very messy. Nurses messes up timing my mum had to get injection and medication(coming late/early). Doctor instructed specific timing. Also, operation was scheduled, but the whole process was delayed without prior info, making my mum wait from early in the morning.
