★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to complain about one thing in this hospital KPJ Rawang,
Why your services so damn good?? I never wonder being treated so well by their doctor, nurse, cleaner, doctor assistant and customer services. All of them doing really good job. I will recommend this private hospital to anyone that want to have a medical treatment in Rawang town. I should vote 10 stars rather than 5 for all the good services here. Nice job all staff in KPJ Rawang.

-Good maintainence of rooms. Nice geusture by nursing staff and doctor as well.Overall had a very good experience and feel at home.
-The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special food each day.
-The food is excellent, generous portions. Moreover the food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the dish itself.

I am grateful to Doctor Khoo (I hope I spell it right ☺️) and his nurses for constant caring and support during my stay at room 519. Tq all for your nice treatment and hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priority for business????? ?profit-oriented...making BIG MONEY rather then thinking about patient health.Whatever lah...hahaha??
Bill charges....??? wow.. Marvellous ????. Mahal giler, tak boleh tahan. I can't describe more coz to keep private interest of my best friend (shareholder) there.
However below comment should be considered:
1) Pls provide more PARKING SPACE for customers.
2) Pls reduce your bill charges.Pls consider impacted T40,M40,B40 group.
2) Pls hire more permanent doctor rather than hire visiting doctor from goverment Selayang Hospital. They only can turn up on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning...manyak susah ni mcm mau set appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wandered around the hospital when I first arrive after checking in my father. All the levels I explored, just came for the first time. This hospital is good, there is a Gloria Jean coffee house, in addition to the existing cafeteria. There are several convenient stores, surau and also a comfortable waiting room.
So that's my experience taking care of my father at KPJ Rawang. Nice hospital with an excellent facilities, friendly staffs and also good service except for insurance process. But it's okay, still have room for improvement in the near future
Next check-up is next month, the date is available and if you want to change the date, you have to inform in advance. Advised not to walk-in because it will be the last person because everyone who comes already has an appointment and their turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good to have private hospital like this in every big cities. Only one as for now in Rawang i guess. Their services and hospitality services are just awesome. The staff nurses and doctors also well taken care of their patients. Also they're very friendly n kind. Overall good services provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good to have private specialist like this, the only in one Rawang so far. Been having treatments (minor surgeries) here for me and family members. All great so far; the doctors, nurses, the staffs, facilities. They are accommodating me when I last minute wanted to change room before admission.
At the time of this review, some floors (that is open for public) are under renovation. Should look good after this.
Parking is limited though. I always plan my checkups in the morning to avoid circling for parking.
