He is patience and take good care of his patients. If I have a chance for another baby, I will definitely come here to find doctor again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great experience with Dr Zarul. A very soft spoken doctor with delicate hand. Well explanation every time we did a check up here. And he also explained the procedure that I will undergo before deliverd the baby. After a month, came back for follow up. I even do a pap smear which feels nothing like most woman would say. Helpful nurses. Great service. Recommended!! Also heard good review for other doctors too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses not being professional AT ALL. WORST. PRETENDING TO BE THE BUSIEST NURSE ON EARTH. PMC PLS IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES. YOUR STAFFS DOESN’T HAVE THE EMPATHY TOWARDS THE PATIENTS AT ALL. DOCTORS ARE NOT REALLY GOOD IN DOING THEIR WORK. SIMPLY DO THE JOB AS TO GET PAID WITHOUT CHECKING THE PATIENTS IN DETAILS. I BROUGHT MY GRANDMA THERE ON 24/5/2022 DUE TO HIGH FEVER, HARD TO BREATH AND HER WHOLE BODY WAS SHAKING TO DEATH. But the doctors DO NOT WANT TO DO THE RTK TEST. And after my brother confront the doctor & staffs then only they do the RTK test. SUCH A POOR AND TERRIBLE SERVICES EVER !!!!!!!!!

I went to PMC on a weekday at about 8pm. I was in severe pain from muscle spasms on my neck but at the time no one know what was happening. When I came in, the doctor almost immediately said I was just having a panic attack. So they tried to do an ECG (results meant nothing). Could see the doctor had several patients at once so he didnt pay full attention to me then he went to see another patient. While waiting, my spasms got even worse because of the cold AC so I went outside thinking it would help. Then I the doctor shouted "Mana patient tadi?! Kat luar pulakk!" (As I was in pain, mind you. Pain scale 8/10)
He then only prescribe me with muscle relaxant & pain killer (did nothing for me) then ask me to go to other Hospital because they "cant help". BUT they charged me *RM100* waaahhh.
I went to HKL, yes waited few hours but I got PROPER TREATMENT as soon as I saw a "real" doctor. They got me on drips asap & got anti spasm meds in me.
Guys, just because they passed their medical exams, doesnt mean they know what they're doing so please let my horrible experience here be a lesson to you. PMC is only known for "Bersalin".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are very helpful and the doctor (Dr. Sanjena) is very polite, accommodating, and went out of her way to help the patient. My maid was brought there for a check-up and although they did not have the facilities to treat her (as it was a very special condition), they checked her properly and provided all the necessary information for her treatment elsewhere.
