★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sila tukar staff yang berada di lobi pagi semalam, 22/4/2019 @ 9am beliau tidak sesuai untuk berada di barisan hadapan kerana membawa imej yang tidak baik bagi sektor penjawat awam. Kami datang bertanya di mana kami boleh buat urusan E-KASEH beliau menjawab "baca di pintu kaca tu" jika beliau tiada pengalaman dalam jawatan khidmat pelanggan, sila belajar cara-cara untuk menjawab soalan dengan tatacara yang betul. Jika semalam yang datang seorang warga emas yang tidak pandai membaca, adakah beliau akan menjawab sedemikian rupa? Adakah kerana kami datang dari gologan B40 begitu cara beliau melayan kami? Hina sangat ke golongan B40 ni?
 Please change the staff who was in the lobby yesterday morning, 22/4/2019 @ 9am he is not fit to be at the forefront of bringing a bad image to the civil service sector. We come to inquire where we can do E-KASEH he answers "read on the glass door" if he has no experience in customer service, please learn how to answer the question with the correct procedure. If yesterday came a senior citizen who was not good at reading, would he answer in such a way? Is it because we came from G40 B40 so how did he treat us? Hina very much to the B40's?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangunan kerajaan cilaka. 3.30pm dah tutup kaunter tolak rehat lagi berapa jam je beroperasi. Org nak berurusan bukan nak makan angin jalan balik saja ?
Damn government buildings. 3.30pm the counter is closed minus the break again how many hours does it operate. Org want to deal not want to eat the wind the way back ?
