β β β β β Terrible service. Change address needs 6 months to process a reply, never mentioned why if your application is rejected. Must always use their BLACK ball pen to fill in form. Normal pens are not accepted, no typing on form, must be in hand written only. What mentality is this? Each person you ask has different story and instruction. From office call to counter ask also different story. What's the point to have a phone number to ask if all the staffs are different procedure. You have to drive all the way to the office, ask, if make some mistakes, have to go back and forth again. Photocopy services not always available. Lunch hours must closed and closing hour until 3.30 only. System auto shut down 30mins before office closing and takes another 30mins to start the system. What is the management doing? So many feedbacks and no improvement

β β β β β Such non competence staffs. Never picked up call even call at 8.45am and they clearly mentioned open at 8.30. Still eating breakfast ke? Call kalau not answered, number is busy now please try later. Apa nak jadi lah.

β β β β β First time I went on a Friday, found out that the operating hours of the Counter Services were 8.30 am to 12 noon, and 2.45 pm to 3.30 pm, for Unit Hasil dan Unit Pendaftaran.

β β β β β Poor service at counter 7. When request for buying original title, the guy at counter just passed me 2 forms and never show how to fill in (black ink/gel pen, if using company stamp, it needs to be in black ink, need 2 signatures, etc) and what documents to attached, which lawyer is qualified to witness signature, etc.
The procedures are just too many and too complicated. When this is the case they should prepare a check list with instruction to fill the form.

β β β β β Large area,well arrayed parking for public and constituency representatives as well good and clear signage. Photocopy service not available at office but you can get at mini shop at the GF. Service is thumbs up as well polite staffs. Disabled friendly building.

No lift as most old government building less than 5 floors dont have lifts
Service seems fast and parking is free and ample.
Front counter staff are friendly and fast
