Prior to coming to this office, I made a call to find out more information as to how to do my own land transfer ownership/strata transfer. At the call, I was advised to make a trip to shah Alam land department at the lower ground floor to extract the information related to the property. After which i need to visit the respective state office where the property is located (for example if selayang , pejabat daerah gombak). The trip to shah Alam state office took about 50 minutes from selayang where my home is situated. Upon reaching, I straight to the LG floor to enquire the requirements. However, this floor only handles land titles. If you are owning a condo/apartment or anything to do with high rise, u will need to go to 3rd floor (see pic). I made it here around 1.30pm however the department office only open at 2pm as the lunch hour is from 1-2. There were already a group of people waiting outside the office premise at that time. I'm guessing they are either runners representing law firm or management property offices. At about 2pm, I mentioned to an officer at the door that I wanted to make an enquiry and I was handed a ticket number (see pic). However, as I was waiting outside, I have seen some people made entry into the premise easily while some seemed to have certain 'privilege' of getting in line. There were 2 individuals whom I noticed came later was given number '3811'/3 series and their matters were settled within 10-15 mins including waiting time. However, as at 3.12pm now, I am still waiting in the premise area waiting for the number 7 series to be rolling but seemed it it not happening since 2.15pm. Number have not moved except for 4series. These people queued under these 4 series number may be 'runners' as I saw stack of documents were exchanged between the person and the office. I looked around the office premise in hoping to find out if there are any guide documents or leaflets explaining info on how to go about strata transfer. There are none except for some notice about operations hours, do not litter... Then I went to a dormant counter in hoping to get what I needed to know but was asked to follow number or can queue behind a counter as I only wanted to make an enquiry. I did as told, but when approached by the officer, I was asked if I had any number and I mentioned that I only wanted to enquire as an individual (not runner, nor corporate). I was asked to sit and wait for the number once again. At 3.220pm now, I am still waiting for 7series number to be called but still at 7571... I have heard how certain quarters run but I do not want to believe it as Im sure there are much improvement though still has room for betterment.

Incompetent bureaucrats who cannot even get its online epayment to work. How difficult is it to set up JomPay? As evident from the poor rating these govt servants should be fired. Zero customer service.

i believe they all like to sleep zzzz during working. Sistem online too slow. not update database. I guess they don't have any KPI for every year. Never received bill and suddenly charge for penalty. is it this way to make it extra income. now day people get their bill via email and apps too. Go and learn from utilities company e.g IWK, TnB, Syabas. What Ketua Pengarah do?

Your online payment system needs upgrading. Payment made, no receipt issued immediately or via email. I sent an email enquiring on the status of payment, the reply was to keep checking as they update the system only in 7 working days. After that many days of checking, system still showed payment not done but my bank records shows the payment has been cleared. Tried calling the office but no one answers the call. Had to go to the office personally to obtain confirmation that payment has been made. This took THREE WEEKS to complete. Three weeks of hassle which was totally unnecessary given the modern day age of technology. Today I made another payment. This time for my mother. Same thing. No receipt issued and I suppose I have to go through the chaos again to obtain confirmation. Very inefficient and disappointing. Please buck up!!!

I had a presentation matter that was rejected FOUR times for four different reasons by four different officers. By the 3rd time, we called up and spoke to the officer that last rejected my documents. He CONFIRMED that "X" is the last thing needed to register the documents. We sent in once again and it was rejected again due to the same reason as the 2nd rejection (which we have fulfilled during the 3rd attempt)! It didn't make sense anymore. By this time, I made a trip myself to the land office (previously through runners) to speak to the officer. I told her this is getting ridiculous - rejected so many times asking for different things. This woman had the cheek to tell me "Haaaa sebab tu la kita hanya charge RM20 bagi re-presentation" EH HELLO now going to be my 5th attempt d. RM20 became RM100 unnecessarily because you guys cannot tell me at one go what else you guys need! Not mentioning even the cost of my runner and me travelling there and the time we spent waiting on you gaji buta ppl. Everytime we have to treat you like kings in order to get our things done, when really, we should be the kings because we are paying your salaries!! She looked at my documents. Couldn't see what's wrong. "Kadang-kadang kita ni semak cepat tak nampak. Bundle kan banyak" (my documents were all in order, she missed out something when checking). She told me to re-present manually with no costs. Thankfully la no more cost. Our clients and even the file itself are already suffering losses due to all the delays and the repeated rejections. We hope this time the matter will be finally solved.

What a poor service! Short working hours yet not productive or even not working! Reception transfers call that never been picked up by the respective department-strata. Email also no response. Anyone wanna apply a 'job' with job description-goyang kaki, PTG would be the BEST choice! Trust me!

Seeing all the reviews. I just realised everyone is facing the same problems. They workers are really bad, worst ever in Malaysia Gov department. No one able to answer my questions and just transfer my calls to another department without waiting I finished my sentence plus the another department are not picking up the calls. Which showed how rude are the workers in this worker. After calling for two hours no one can solve my problems. Great!
