★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (1 star) Usually good service outside of MCO, as I’ve been there twice before to renew my passport. This time, I’ve called twice to ask about renewing my passport as I need to go overseas for my studies. The first two times were fine as they answered all my questions. My third time calling, halfway through mentioning I’m calling again to ask of they received my email, they straight away hung up on me. Seriously? After not replying my email? Would not go there again if this is how they treat people.
Update: (3 star) finally after three weeks they replied my email and directed me to the online appointment application website and I managed to get an appointment. Will be going for my appointment next Thursday.
Update again: went to renew my passport on the allocated date and time. Had to wait for a little but when it was my turn, service was fast and smooth, took max. 30 mins for my new passport to be done. (+30mins waiting time for my turn).

timming open 8am,not 7.30.. i come 7.42am the office haven't open yet. very fast n smooth service.. not many people cause very 'ulu²' ok..
im the 1st que - 8.24am done payment - 9.24am the passport ready to be collected..
-i live at gelang patah, location kukup imigresen is 1hour from gelang patah
-i choose kukup cause less people than UTC Komtar, more faster cause i need passport fast and urgent to be ready

Their opening time from 8am - 10pm (not sure which days) except Sat til 12.30pm.
Rest hour 1-2pm and 7-8pm
