โ โ โ โ โ Pengalaman yang mengerikan. Need to do major renovation or at least do some maintenance work. The chair superb! Like million gems families living there. 1 technician on standby, to attend the tripping problem end up unable to collect the passport. But Bravo ? to all officers to remain calm and talk nicely.

โ โ โ โ โ Condescending and unhelpful staff. Lack of knowledge on their job too. Never ending of he said she said even though its clearly stated on the OFFICIAL government website. For your sake go to another branch and save urself some gray hairs

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible system. Queue is non-existent. No need for online application system if there is literally no different between online and on the spot application.
Edit: Change to two stars. The mistake is not completely on the staff. The resource constraint is real. In this case, HQ should send more printer to here. At the very least, they are apologetic for all the inconveniences caused.

โ โ โ โ โ Done the renewal online and picked it up at here.
The photo uploaded online wasn't good but no worry officer was helping to retake it there.
Process was smooth and fast actually, took about 30 minutes from having the number to passport collection.
Officers were nice to let us in earlier (1.30pm+) when the branch should be reopened on 2pm (for lunch break I think)
Heard that they had experienced system down in the morning but they back to service once reopened at mentioned time and everything went smoothly.
*Be more attention during passport collection as officer will "pass" a cover to you and charged for RM5. Just decline if you don't want one.

โ โ โ โ โ 8am pejabat imigresen start business, 8.30am start distribute number. One counter for walk in, one counter for online application. i arrived here around 8.25am
For online application get ready the following document:
1. IC
2. Expired passport
3. Online application letter
Re-take photo and thumb verification complete the whole process around 9.15am, quite fast????
The printed passport can be collected at 10.40am.
