β β β β β A very scary area. Just beside chinese cemetery. Only chinese and indian malaysian people live in this apartment. The building looks old. And its surrounding by forest. A quiet place for people that love silent. But at night its scary and might be dangerous. Not sure about the price of house n rent here.

I often pop by. Sometimes house sit when they're away.
2 rooms, 2 bath, a reasonable balcony facing green.
Nice enough size kitchen and washing area.
A Good size living & dining.
Recently being repainted, it looks really nice.
Pretty nice ole place. Close to the city.
There's a back road that can lead to Petaling Street.
Good neighborhood. Very quiet at night.
