★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one night experience was not clean room but was fine and night receptionist staff behavior was very rude. Not even single welcome smile for guest. There's not zero star option for night staff otherwise i will give zero star for that person

Clothes hanger provide one only, cannot drying the towel
Very noisy (because nearby lrt , sounds of other people opening n closing the door)
Staff behavior is ok
Only 1 lift ? is function well, wasting time to wait
***Cleanliness should be improved

The KTM komuter station and the LRT station are within walking distances.
The rooftop swimming pool has nice views.
Parking are along the road in front and behind the hotel.a
Good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid the price of a 3 star hotel for a 1 star hotel. Stains everywhere, concrete floor with ripped out carpet stain and I think something died here. Made our complaints and all they could say was the other room is fully booked. There's nothing good about this place. The only thing good is the advertisement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice staying experience at Leo Palace Hotel, which is near Sunway Putra Mall, just 5 minutes walk. Rooftop swimming pool with Twin Tower view is really cool. Room is clean and Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay again & recommend for others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly. Room was a good size but appeared not to be finished as no hanging or closet space. Also no towel racks in bathroom. Pool is great and views from pool awesome. Hoping for next visit coffee shop and other business located onsite are up and running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is not recommended at all. (Not as in the pictures). I booked through Trivago and I think they should remove this hotel from their service. The worst that I have ever choose. Very unpleasant, dirty corridors especially near the swimming pool. Dusty room, dirty comforter, beds are not clean. Got 2 Windows but outside it very dirty. Not worth for the money even though it's cheap for about RM 160+/-. I think hotels with 3.2 - 3.5 starts also can be recommended (some). But this hotel with 3.7 ratings just too much and unacceptable. Made a mistake didn't read the previous comments before I book. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED
