Between the sphere and midvalley outlet
1- the sphere outlet last order is at 9pm
2- midvalley outlet is still taking order after 9pm
3- both go back at 10pm or 10.30pm
This is my third time rush to The sphere outlet as they said last order is at 9pm
1st & 2nd time i arrived at 9.02pm just 2mins away but they already clean up half of it
3rd time i arrived at 848pm-850pm they closed
- reason - ‘wash the machine’ that’s why closed early
Is that relevant? Can i get an explanations ? I just wondering why they closed so early as the other outlet are still working on it…thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst experienced from this branch,we bought a lot from them even without the promo discount time ,me and my friend came early and not waiting for 1 pm to get the promo,we buy this for all my colleague ,this not the 1st time we buy here ,my all colleague often came buy here ,cause we all just work nearby ,that time we reach the shop the staff alone,and my friend made order and we inform to her that we buy alot and can her give a paper bag for us to bring all that,then she said only can give paper for smoothie ,and others cant,then we let her prepared all the order with calm and after that i ask again can she give us more paper bag to because we got lot order cant bring by 2 of us,she still refuse and said cant give,after all of our order settled she just let the yogurt up the counter till its melted and we still asking can she gave us another for us bring all,we cant bring all that with our hand ,and i need to compromised customer buy alot and u all not provide paper bag ,even my friend had offer to buy paper bag from her and she said cant,its also 2 cust came and saw what happen and them so felt sorry cause all of our order already melted and the yogurt around the top of counter glass.and ur staff dont care and just take the order from that customer.not even helping me and my friend.Till my friend go to next shop is Churritos for ask plastic and some paper bag ,Thank God and and the girl Churitos got a Big Heart ,she gave 3 big plastc bag and more than 5 small paper bag with FREE !!!!U all should shame with ur shop how BADLY u all treat ur customers ,stingy and selfish .not even think bout how Customer feeling,this not only happen today ,already few times also bout this paper bag problem,cause we all usually buy alot cause we all take order from our colleague ,cause we all cant go out on the same time ,we all help our friends buy for them ,cause usually we all busy.Thats -ve Star from my Friends to ur BAD SERVICE FROM UR BRANCH AND STAFF TOO.Dear customer just saw the photo what happen to me and friend experienced Please upgrade the packaging if customer want to take away.
