โ โ โ โ โ Itโs really bad apps due to delivery. Time arrival should be on 1222-1236pm, but until 130pm, the food not arrived yet. Furthermore, no GPS delivery shown in Apps, keeps customers waiting for food. Unpleasant experience.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst food delivery experience I ever had. Today's driver it's totally unacceptable.
1st, he blame us taking so long, and waited us for 20 minutes. However, we order delivery timing was 7pm, and he reach 6pm, our fault that not prepared that you reach early?
2nd, he blame us that doesn't know the food deliver by LOLOL. The order is done by my sister, so I just help to go and collect. When I saw the driver, I ask: It's for this person? He said no, then I leave. I go around couldn't find, and back to him and ask: It's RuiCha (The food we order)? He ask me back, u order LOLOL?
As a delivery driver, you don't know who you're delivery to, and what was the food. I'm not sure is this the driver issue or the application issue.
3rd, what make me really angry is not the issue, it was the attitude of the driver, keep pushing the responsibility to the customer, and keep blaming the customer.
4th, After collected, the driver call my sister again to scold her. What service is that???!
