★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When skills meet passion. Dr. Amira, professional, loving and kind doctor. Even the clinic closes at 6.30pm but she still at the clinic until midnight
to make sure the patient (cats) in a good condition. . You dont have to worry when you send your cat here. Because they're in a good hands. Hats off for Dr. Amira. Semoga Luna Veterinary Clinic murah rezeki sentiasa! Aamiinn. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started sending all my kittens and recently a new one to Luna Vet Clinic since they started operating the clinic. They have boarding as well and display the prices at the counter. The staff and veterinarian are friendly and they treat our kittens very well. Fully recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started coming here recently and I'm very happy with the quality of service and treatment by Dr. Amira and her team! They are very gentle with my cat; since my cat has a nervous disposition, the assistants always pet and soothe her until she becomes butter in their hands. Treatments are explained thoroughly and Dr. Amira takes the time to ask questions and provides as much advice as she can for the care of your pet. This is my vet of choice from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to neuter two cats due to their traumatic experience as first time moms having all their kittens died mysteriously.
But this clinic's procedure is to have the cats vaccinated first. I was told by the vet after two weeks of vaccination I can bring the cats again.
So, I thought after two weeks, don't matter after a month or two, the cats can be neutered. Turned out, there was a vaccination schedule I needed to follow and was not briefed about it. And those schedule was not made as appointments by anyone from the Vet.
Today, suddenly the vet guy told me needed to repeat the first vaccine again because I missed the second one. So i just walked off because what is the point of the first vaccine then? To make your vet more profitable?
Communicate better. Communicate on point. We care for the cats. We don't mind making you richer as long as the cats are taken care of.
And yeah of course I felt cheated over this.
Will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to be okey for me,because near to my house,but not anymore after i send my three cat for grooming ,hantar pagi,petang pergi ambil bulu still basah,i think diorang tak keringkan betul2,i did whatsapp them and Doctor cakap diorang dah keringkan,but how still basah if u keringkan,after malam my cat start bersin2 non stop,and tomorrow morning start flu,and getting worse after one day,i did complaint with them,and Doctor offer untuk bawa vet semula and check,and of course lah i refused sebab mandi kan pun boleh flu takkan i nak bawak my cat lagi sekali kat situ,so i bawa my cat ke veterinar yg biasa i bawak and Doctor check semua,and the flu is because bulu tak keringkan betul,and maybe diorang biar my cat basah lama then baru keringkan,or maybe cara diorang mandikan,so i ask them for refund,and doctor just refund for ubat or rawatan,but still denied yang salah dari pihak diorang,oh yes by the way,time i hantar my cat,my cat sihat ya no flu or demam at all,and one more thing after I noticed my cat flu and deman,i hantar vet yang biasa i hantar and Doctor suggested for warded because takut jangkit dengan cat yang lain,so for one week my cat warded because flu and fever ,so that’s the last time i bring my cat there,and of course I’m not coming back after what happened,and for your information Doctor if mandikan kucing tak cukup kering can cause to fungus also!,to Doctor Amirah,actually i use to love your clinic at the beginning until this thing happened,and i dont trust your clinic anymore,and to the groomer pleasee make sure u improve your Gromming skills,jangan asal boleh je.and yes you offer me vouchers,but no thanks I’m not interested with any vouchers from you guys?
