There's one lady in front and by the time m seated next she had just being briefed of the results and was advised on certain products.
What i fai to understand is that tbe convwrsation dragged on for 15 minutes and the staff seems to ignore my presence.
What is worse is that matters discussed were casul n personal. This is where i lost my patient. Hope this sort of things doesnt repeat itself.
