★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is cozy and good looking from outside but their lobby is certainly quiet whenever I go there (maybe it was daytime or a weekend). Their gym is still clean but equipments is still minimal compared to some condos. Security, however, is tight. Maintenance is slow and unsatisfactory. Lastly, hope they have restaurants or cafes in the building. Before, I forget, hope they will resurface their horrible basketball court which currently is so uneven; with lumps emerging here and there within the court space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low-class management and maintenance of a “supposedly” 5 stars facilities. 5-star facilities rated by others are certainly unreal as they are not the permanent residents here.
The management, maintenance, quality of this place is way worse than 5 condo that I had lived before, unbelievable but it is the truth.
Supposedly 5-star gym room with wide space and the size been down-sized to 1/3 of original size, 2/3 became a multi-purpose function hall which serves no purpose at all. So don’t get cheated by the beautiful you saw, that’s no longer real.
Security is bad and loose. You can see random people pass thru guardhouse without registration. Non-residents utilise the common facilities. Worse still the MO & JMC appointed new security company that perform not any good but worse than previous security company. You could see the security guards smoking and hanging out with outsider friends at the corner of entrance, hiding spots, uniform wear in the most creative manner - not tucked in, wearing slippers, t-shirt and uniform not buttoned up. No patrol done at any of the floors, oh no correction - they enjoy riding their bike and speeding at the parking lot, I guess that’s how they do their patrol and the only place they’d do patrol as it doesn’t require much walking?
Air-bnb, confinement centre (yeap you read it right) making good earning as the Management has no control over it because it is “commercial” title. And I don’t get why must Airbnb guests scream their lungs out? You should actually do it at a different place like an empty field, or karaoke room?
Driving at the car park give you heart-attack anytime as too many irresponsible drivers speeding thru speed bumps, going up and down the ramp. Poor design structure of driving structure, it is truly “driving at your own risk”.
The lifts are scary as you could hear all sorts of weird noise, lights go off and you just never know if it will stop / fall.
Built quality is zero. 2-3 years old building but look like 5-7 years old building. No maintenance on anything except for lights fixing! That’s their favourite activity recently! Entrance & exit gate has non-stop issues. At the rate it’s going, I’m sure more issues will occur in no time.
Noise cancellation is no cancellation, you can hear your neighbours above you whenever he/she walks, runs, drop any objects or worse still if you have neighbours above you love to drag and pull furnitures (table, chair, or even stand up from the chair when the chair get pushed back slightly as you stand). How fun to hear how people living their lives, it’s a good training for the ears and whoever inspire to be a spy. Oh, also not forgetting neighbours at your floor who loves to slam door, you could feel your floor vibrate a little. Noise from the road is as loud and clear as your windows are not shut, sleeping early is quite impossible when you have noise coming from left, right, in, out and above you.
If your unit facing the swimming pool side, good luck as you can hear kids screaming from early morning. Thanks to MCO and the use of facilities is banned.
The air pollution of foul garbage smell is HORRIBLE and the Management and JMC with so many of them are professional in many fields did not doing anything about it, despite official complaint ticket raised. Seriously bad and I don’t get how everyone else could tolerate with the horrible smell as you can smell it when you step in the lifts and at the lobby. Yes, even in the lifts as it travels up and down, air travels! I guess the JMC should consider recruit a resident with cleaning certification, cleaning experience or maybe just someone with a nose that smells smell.
Sincere advice, don’t stay here if you’re looking for a decent place to enjoy a peaceful & quiet time. This place can’t deliver that experience, it’s basically an over-selling and over-promise but nothing’s delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H2O Residences is located in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, along Jalan PJU 1a/3. This is a 1,380-unit freehold high-rise serviced apartment with built-up spaces ranging from 750 to 1,000 square feet.
H2O Residences is ideal for individuals who work in the Ara Damansara area, but not for those who wish to be surrounded by busy enterprises. There is a mall called Citta Mall, however it is kind of dead, with few activities and attractions. After 7 PM, the streets around H2O become quieter, darker, and more frightening. It is recommended that you jog within H20's residential jogging area after 7 PM, and not outside of H20 after 7 PM, as there have been numerous examples of persons being robbed, assaulted, and involved in accidents due to reckless drivers. Around Ara Damansara, particularly around H2O Residences, there isn't much police patronage.
The security guards are the rudest and most slackers in the neighbourhood. There have been instances where guards have yelled at residents and acted in a nasty manner. Even though no smoking signs are large enough to notice, the guards will smoke freely in a no smoking area. The security guards will spit on the floor and toss trash all around the lobby. Why is it that the management has remained silent after countless complaints? There appears to be no one in charge of overseeing the security guards.
This H2O Residences is not suitable for families, couples, or anyone who does not enjoy living in a negative environment. The majority of those who dwell here are foreigner girls who engage in immoral or give callgirl services. Between the hours of 8 PM and 5 AM. you'll notice on-and-off girls in sexy attire walking into and out of lobbies. When my friend came down to stay with us for three days, one of the girls even tried to provide sexual services to him. It's extremely humiliating to be in such a residential environment when such doggy-related activities are taking place. I hope management is aware of such activities and advises the landlord to undertake stricter background checks on renters in order to prevent any nasty unlawful acts are carried out.
The CCTV cameras are the most insecure aspect of this apartment. There are no cameras in vital or high-attention areas such as the parking lot, elevators, or corridors. Who will be held accountable if any terrible circumstances occur? Isn't it strange that such a supposedly popular property in Ara Damansara lacks the importance of security cameras in key areas? This location is not suitable for females.
Another disadvantage of the H2O Residences is the noisy neighbours who, on occasion, may shout and play loud music, disrupting the living environment of another neighbour. They will slam the door loudly at all hours of the day and night, sometimes to the point the slamming of doors might wake you up. Loud door slamming bangs are a thing around here. Block D, on the 9th level, was where I stayed. This is out of management's control, but this is an issue that has to be addressed in some way; I'm sure other tenants here have heard the loud door slamming.
There hasn't been much negative input about the facilities, which include a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a Jacuzzi, a BBQ pavilion, a running track, a yoga patio, and more. All of the amenities are the same as you'll find in any serviced apartment.
Despite the fact that H2O Residences is a gated and guarded property with 24-hour security, it is not a safe residential because to ineffective guards, dangerous nearby streets, and ongoing doggie activities. I do hope the management take note of my review and fix all the issues related to aspect of security, neighborhood image & living environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The swimming pool is great for kids and families to just relax and swim, there is a playground near the swimming pool too with a outdoor bench to sit on. The view there is decent and I'm not sure if it's only that day but the day I was there it was SUPER windy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear management and Airbnb tenants (and other readers),
Those who gave 5 stars are either staff, agents or Airbnb tenants.
I'm only renting and I'm so annoyed at everything that has happened so far.
1. Defects. A lot of defects. Submitting them means nothing to the management. They called me once and that's it, no one will come and fix anything.
2. The finishing - wall paint, bathroom tiles, etc are so bad. There's no quality to it. The cement of the bathroom tiles come off. With water. With water.
3. No CCTV and surveillance in critical areas like carpark areas, elevator areas. What if something happens? How will I get any proof? How do I call this place a home if I do not feel safe? (also broken things here and there in carpark areas)
4. They were supposed to build an overhead pedestrian bridge. Well good luck trying to cross the 6 lanes road in the morning.
5. COVID 19: Why your security guards don't know the proper way of wearing a face mask? Hello, I can see your nose.
6. This is for the Airbnb tenants I've seen so far. You guys are loud. I can literally hear your grandma stories and your screams. Some of them were drunk and they holler in front my door. You guys litter everywhere. Airbnb renters, please let your tenants know where to responsibly discard their trash. If management can install CCTV at elevator areas where the Airbnb tenants litter, you guys will earn RM100 from fines everyday. High ROI✔️, win-win situation for everyone✔️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guards are not friendly make residents feel unwelcome LOL. Apart from that great location, well maintained facility.
Going to the gym when raining is close to impossible as it is located in its own building without walkway leading up to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the facilities and the theme of the accommodation. It was spacious and comfortable. Despite the high density the lifts were always available and going in and out of the building was easy. Showcased in the form of interlocking ice-cubes, The signature façade of H2O inspired by the simple beauty of water. Stunning in architecture and design, it’s a first of its kind in Malaysia.
