★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love marrybrown but the service at this branch is slow af!!!! It took almost 40 mins for our food to be ready and I only ordered 2 lucky plate combos!! The manager noticed we were a bit frustrated so he offered us 2 small cups of drinks while we waited and I appreciate the thought/gesture. But the damage is done.
Please hire more staff so customers can get their food faster. And your business will be even better. Marrybrown top management, if you’re serious about doing business, then look into this matter at all your branches.
Also, I noticed many customers were not wearing their masks when going to the toilet. When govt lockdown, they are not happy and complain! When govt open up economy, they can’t even wear a simple mask!! Properly!!
I gave 1 star cause the fried chicken was still good after I arrived home. But the mashed potatoes were dry af also. So stingy on the sauce and the salad smelled a bit sour so we didn’t eat that.

Staffs are all very friendly as well! The outlet itself is very clean and almost spotless. Kudos to all the staffs!

Love the concept of having some swings at their dining. That has always attracted me.The place is clean and not too crowded. Service was fast.
Food wise, its nothing to shout about. The whipped potatoes with chicken nuggets was okay but the bun of fish burger was a bit dry and not soft. Chips was good though...not oily.
Plenty carparks at the front.
