★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千万不要上当，maxis fibre 签加postpaid 跟我讲免费backup（拿着simcard)没有dongle 等要两个月也没有送来...讲没有合约....结果电话没有线要port out 才跟我讲不能,讲有一年合约，跟maxis折腾了整个月，他们（dealer)就一句“已经有讲有合约，顾客才签的”把全部推翻，要被绑死一年。不然要付200块才可以换线。去complaint 了讲会帮忙，结果maxis 总行跟他们confirm 全部讲反话！
Don’t be fooled, maxis fibre sign postpaid and tell me about free backup (holding simcard) without dongle. It took two months and didn’t send it...there is no contract...there is no phone line and port out. I said no. I said that there was a one-year contract. I had tossed with maxis for the whole month. They (dealer) overturned them all by saying "there is already a contract, and the customer signed it". They will be tied up for a year. Otherwise, you have to pay 200 yuan to change the line. I went to the complaint and talked to help, but the head office of maxis told them all the truth in their confirmation!

要买一张preaid卡RM10，一个华人男生服务逼我们一定要钱RM35的网络配套才能开通这张prepaid卡。
我开过很多张hotlink sim card了，前几天才开一张在sutera mall outlet，这间bukit indah jusco以为要骗我吗。
忘了问他是什么名字。反正不会再去这家，绝对是黑店。不懂的人去肯定被他骗。

I have opened a lot of hotlink sim cards. I opened one at the Sutera mall outlet a few days ago. This bukit indah jusco thought I was going to lie to me.

After that, if anything goes wrong, they will do their best to deny everything. It is a horrifying experience. Because of this black dealer, i have decided to terminate all my account with Maxis. Once bitten twice shy. Listen to my advice, don't deal with them, you will regret. No star for them.
