Open line, buy phone, also no improved service, but bought here becos new to JB at that time.
Any service that Digi offers for free, this retailer will charge admin fee, and refuse to give receipt e.g. cutting sim card to fit phone.
Want good service for Digi, go to Sutera Mall, been going there for 2 years already, service still good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today evening. The staff are not friendly at all. I asked some questions which I just want some more clarification and reconfirmation, the staff wasn't even trying to answer me at all. His eyes always look somewhere else while talking which was really rude!
Another guy was playing on his phone sitting at the chair in the middle of the shop! Not sure if he's on his break or not, but that is not how etiquette of doing business.
This was not my first time treated this way. My first time was when I bought a mobile broadband sim card. I know Mandarin, and the staff was talking bad about me with his colleague in Mandarin thinking I wouldn't understand them. I did not bothered to make further fuss at that place because the environment was sucks to the balls.
Unless you don't have anywhere else to go, avoid Digi shop in AEON Bukit Indah and Sutera Mall because they are all the same, no manners. I commented on Digi store at Sutera Mall as well how they were.
10/10 will NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good store with multiple options for sim cards and postpaid plans. The staff is very well informed and are very helpful. They answer questions patiently and guide you with details. They store has a wide variety of options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opportunist. Prices are “rigged”, just like the City Square outlet. I only knew about it after visiting another outlet elsewhere (shall not name) and the staff explained this type of “scam” to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended to purchase anything for here. My partner and I was trying to get Sim card from them and ended up getting scammed because we hold Singapore passport. Even in Malls they dare to scam customer. I knew it was alrd sus the moment when I asked for receipt(should the simcard not work) atleast we have proof of purchase but the sales associate told us they don't issue receipt and alrd can see from his face he was quite shock that I asked for it. Just be careful before purchasing anything, lesson learn for us to do our research before hand ( I mean we needed it desperately for emergency contact).
