★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has disgusted me by their service. They need two months to do a simple job. The staff who's handling my case is being so irresponsible. I had to call the customer service and make a complaint. I was asking the staff why you can not settle the case by this two months. I went there three times for same case, first the staff said she will call me, and then I waited for one month, go back to the bank branch they say they could not contact me that is why they can't process anything yet. Woww y other branch can contact me by the same phone number I provided but this branch can't. Okay they say they need another one week, three weeks later I still havent receive any call from them. So I went to this branch again, travel all the way fr swmenyih to puchong. And then the staff gave me reason like I just back from holiday, need another week. It made me so mad. I don't understand why other bank can do it by one week y this branch can't? I will not recommend you guys to make any application at this branch, their staff is so irresponsible and they will make lots of excuses, and not even able to do a simple job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ None of your CQM (without keyboard) were functioning and the CQM (with keyboard) is unable to perform my cheque deposit. Maybank, please improve on this as this is not the only branch that faces the same problem. I’m so unsatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Important is good location, very near to Lrt IOI Puchong station. If you are driving car, don't think you can find a parking but still near to parking lot if don't mind paying.? As usual, Maybank is our main national bank, slow ;& steady service , can't complaint. But don't come here during CMCO period especially end of the month, if don't mind queuing 1h 20 mins in sun.?? Good sun-tan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. All staff were kind and supportive and tried to do their best as there were many customers. Various restaurants and other shops nearby. Located opposite IOI Mall which we can walk across there on the bridge. Nearby LRT station as well.
