★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to the seremban branch for an inquiry, they asked us to call back 3hours later due to the agent was busy with customer. So I called back 3hours later, however, the customer service in this branch is the worst I have every found. I waited for so long and finally I got the call, they asked me to hold on, and suddenly they just hang up my call!!! Please be more professional in your career!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those staffs are friendly...wiling to spend time to teach those customers who are not well wt online apps for banking systems ...expecially Miss Linda and Miss Diana...they spend long hours for us even thought it was a peak hour...thank you very much to both of them and the other staffs which are controlling the main door with care due to the covid pandemic
