★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowadays never ever dine in whenever you go to a shopping. Stopby at this pizza hut the girl at the counter greet us with a sour face and immediately tell us we'll have to wait 40 min if we want to dine in eventho there are 6 other person at the premised. Then she start to give us a litany grouses, how she had to take non stop order from the moment the premises open blah.. blah. blah. Oop okay so sorry to have dine in your premises and to give u so much bother!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had Pizza Hut in the longest time but the taste of the garlic bread and mushroom soup are nostalgic as ever. I think we tried the Chicken Supreme, it was alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services! Waited for 1 hour for spaghetti and meatball. When I’m asking my order, the waiter said “makanan dah siap tapi masih dekat belakang”. Then did they aspect us to take the food and bring at our own table?!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disgusted by Pizzahut Aeon Charas Selatan Manager. Online order placed on 6.48pm, estimated delivery time by 7.48pm because of Ramadan month i can understand its take time. But till 11.48pm already over 5 HOURS nothing, NO DELIVERY, NO CALL from outlet. I order from pizzahut mobile app. After make 4 calls to customer service center same repeated dialog "manager will call you to arrange delivery asap" CS told me "since i already paid for my order if i cancel it will take 14-21 working days to get refund".
Hopefully this manager will come to his/her senses & act like normal human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to ZERO star for rating. Staffs with poor manners. Went there on Saturday. No customers or staffs not around despite shopping center already open by 10.00am. Fat indian lady staff (finally) came out....told me with her angry tonce "we only open at 12pm". Must be VVIP restaurant only opens at 12am on weekend. Better go Domino. Better taste and better service. Seems like Pizza Hut not interested with business, or this business is failing very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it was such a great experience. The price is affordable. rm100+- for FIVE (5) ADULTS. The waiting time is very much standard if u used to buy fast food like pizza. and know what to do while waiting.
Most importantly the manager is so friendly and responsible to the customers. five star for her
