โ โ โ โ โ Well, it is really hard get into queue during peak hours via the drive thru lane because of the road and traffic congestion, that makes a fast food not fast ?? anyhow not their fault, just minor complaint
Overall good location, just mentionm McDonald Greenlane or Greenlane McDonald most of the people will know where is it unless you're not from Penang

โ โ โ โ โ Too long waiting for drinks ordered in drive-thru. Took more than 30 minutes. Fast food! Not slow food! Every drive through is slow in Penang but this is just another level. Kudos to the staff for working hard. Either increase your staff or reduce the orders taken for a specific time if it's too much to handle. McCafe is the worse among all, literally took 45 minutes to deliver a single drink ?
This is a worldwide franchise can't believe the quality of service is lacking in such a franchise.

โ โ โ โ โ Locate at busy road, and huge carpark, and provide good service since pandemic, drive thru or take away you can wait at parking lot, they serve to your vehicle.
Always provide expected service.

โ โ โ โ โ Mcdonald's Restaurant/ Penang is a very special restaurant here it is really quite and very good services.. I really recommend to visit and take their meals and special desserts that they served.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience today, burger is not pack properly, nuggets sauce is not givenโฆ bad front customer service. The person called my number, drop the meal, turn the face and walked away while I asking her for sauce. I saw her then clock out from duty in minutes. That was so unprofessional.

Easy and fast..
Usual breakfast.. nothing new tried..
Place was not that small.. quite convenient...
Drive thru should be more easy and faster..
Anyway you can enjoy the day..
Upper floor was clean and comfortable as well
Parking easy...

โ โ โ โ โ Hard to claim as fast food.. They will call your number for collecting foods immediately after order made to hit their KPI maybe.. Made tones of people queueing while still no food being served.
Some more the staff is so terrible.. Made my order at self help machine while the receipt roll run out, so nothing being printed after paid.. When told the staff so, she ask to queue from the beginning of of cash payment queue.
