★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey condominium,its one of the newer condos around SS2. Not so great location for buying stuff but security wise they are very vigilant. P.S there are nearby shops and beside Tropicana mall,but thats about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here. The newly appointed management lady(Or man), makes living here so difficult. She is unprofessional and not qualified at all. Its a difficult task to run a JMB, you need someone diplomatic, understanding and well read about topics related to housing management. Tenants pay a maintenance fee, and rules related to the public area shouldn't be made just by just one person.
To top it off I think they don't take care of their hygiene (in the middle of a pandemic) and dresses like they're running a sundry shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love this place. this condo is suitable for students and workers. have a large parking space. for common areas they provide swimming pool & gym. restaurants & markets are quite close from KEN III (exactly behind the tower). less than 5 minutes walk ?
