★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitor need to pay for parking, maybe because of strict security controls. Resident parking lane is quite narrow (may causing to car/wall scratches), too many levels, and separate building with resident home. Walking from block to block/lifts every day is exhausting. But the house layout and the environment is nice.
